About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide inbound first-level support to existing customers
- Deliver technical customer support

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a customer advisor in technical support with a sales focus
- Very good German language skills (C1 level)
- High-speed internet connection via LAN
- A quiet workspace at home
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work weekends; a maximum of twice per month, with compensatory days off during the week
- Strong sales skills
