- First point of contact for customers with questions about products and services
- Resolve customer inquiries confidently and empathetically

- 100% inbound support for the German market on behalf of a renowned major client
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a customer service advisor in technical support with sales responsibilities
- Very good German skills (C1 level)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection via LAN
- A quiet workspace at home
- Flexibility
- Willingness to work weekends, no more than twice per month
- Strong sales skills
