About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead a team of customer service representatives and sales specialists working from home
- Take responsibility for team performance and monitoring
- Initiate corrective measures when targets or guidelines are not met
- Maintain a strong virtual presence within the remote team and communicate with employees daily
- Conduct regular virtual team meetings, coaching sessions, and employee discussions
- Develop ideas and proposals for the continuous optimization of work processes
- Achieve outstanding sales results in the Vodafone sales project
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or business-related vocational training
- Several years of experience in employee management
- In-depth expertise in customer contact management and sales
- Experience managing remote teams is preferred
- Ambition and a results-oriented approach
- Independent and pragmatic working style
- Strong organizational and self-management skills
- Independent, solution-oriented, and commercially minded approach to work
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- An affinity for sales is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility
- Confident use of digital tools and collaboration technologies
