About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them navigate complex transformation journeys and realize measurable outcomes
  • Provide thought leadership to understand bank’s objectives, develop transformation strategies and deliver high impact solutions that drive value
  • Drive change within the organization by partnering with executives and senior management to define and implement strategies across the organization
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring successful implementation meeting transformation objectives
  • Develop and improve enterprise processes, policies, systems, tools and resources related to enterprise program management and ensure adherence to program guidelines
  • Build, mentor and lead cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of high-performance, inclusivity and innovation
  • Guide programs through the people-side of transformation, ensuring alignment, adoption and sustainability
  • Act as a change agent across the bank, influencing and challenging the status quo

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s of Business Administration and eight (8) years of transformation or project management experience
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and eight (8) years of directly related experience in business transformation at a top tier consulting firm, e.g. Mckinsey, BCG, Bain, Deloitte, PwC, E&Y
  • Or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field and ten (10) years of transformation or project management experience
  • Five (5) years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience across enterprise businesses
  • Advanced Analytical/ Problem solving skills
  • Complex Business Analysis
  • Demonstrated Leadership capabilities
  • Influence and challenge change across all levels of the organization
  • Intellectual capital in the Banking industry
  • Knowledge of emerging technology and trends in the banking industry
  • Leadership and talent advisory skills
