About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and govern multi-year roadmaps for digital origination, automation, CRM, and client lifecycle platforms
  • Chair the CBG Product and Platform Innovation Working Group and prioritize initiatives across business lines
  • Partner with Technology, Risk, and Operations to align delivery and unblock execution
  • Advance AI, automation, and data-driven decisioning strategies to improve onboarding and servicing
  • Establish portfolio OKRs and benefits realization metrics tied to measurable business outcomes
  • Oversee vendor strategy and governance for business-owned platforms in compliance with procurement and risk standards
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations and insights for committees and senior leadership
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of product managers, product owners, and platform specialists
  • Ensure integration of risk and control requirements across product and lifecycle initiatives
  • Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive capabilities to inform strategic decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • Twelve (12) years of progressive experience in product management, platform governance, or related roles
  • Eight (8) years of experience in leadership and direct management of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Proven experience owning enterprise platform roadmaps, driving adoption of CRM and automation solutions, and partnering with Risk and Technology on regulated platforms
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships and drive innovation
  • Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage complex portfolios
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Expertise in digital and automation strategies
  • Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
