About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the set-up, implementation, and administration of Corporate Trust Accounts
  • Oversee and provide exceptional service for client relationships
  • Follow issues through to resolution while meeting deadlines and anticipating strategic client needs, future opportunities, and risk
  • Coordinate client service activities with other areas of the organization
  • Remain abreast of trends and developments in Corporate Trust to ensure proper administration
  • Understand clients' objectives and identify and provide alternatives to appropriate stakeholders
  • Develop internal and external relationships with existing and new centers-of-influence
  • Perform duties in compliance with Corporate Policies and Procedures, Corporate Trust Program Documents and Procedures, and applicable external regulations
  • Assist the Trust Area Manager in developing new business with existing clients
  • Build deeper client relationships across multiple business groups

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree with three (3) years of Trust or related experience OR High School Diploma with five (5) years of Trust or closely related experience
  • Experience in Corporate Trust Administration and Investments preferred
  • Ability to communicate to a diverse group on issues and topics
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of effective sales techniques
  • Knowledge of trust principles and regulatory and tax matters relating to the administration of trust accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Position may be filled at a higher level depending on the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
