About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports and influences Credit Products end-to-end processes and procedures
- Identifies key performance indicators
- Monitors and reports on process and interdepartmental service level agreements
- Implements business-wide improvement initiatives for the Credit Products Group and broader Corporate Banking Group
- Develops and implements end-to-end tracking, monitoring, and reporting in Credit Products
- Supports senior analysts by identifying, recommending, and implementing best practices using core commercial systems
- Completes assigned tasks and supports analysts on projects and workstreams as an individual contributor
- Identifies and addresses credit-process inefficiencies and works with stakeholders to improve compliance and performance
- May review Credit Products procedures for conformity across lines of business and identify potential improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Three (3) years of process improvement and/or project management experience or other closely related business unit experience
- Demonstrated success participating in process improvement projects
- Knowledge of the Credit Products processes and commercial banking industry
- Ability to evaluate change management impact and risk
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
- Effective analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PowerBi experience highly preferred
- Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, highly preferred
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Regions will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position
