About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Grow and evolve understanding of channels and channel business objectives; serve as partner and advocate
  • Assist in developing channel strategies and marketing tactics, including one-to-one personalization and customer journeys
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Marketing Technology, Channel Owners, Channel Leads, and Channel Subject Matter Experts
  • Identify, document, and implement Decisioning Program capabilities and marketing strategies across channels
  • Articulate Decisioning Program development needs and ensure implementation and communication plans are in place
  • Review and solicit feedback on customer and banker experiences with the Decisioning Program
  • Review, prioritize, and recommend features, functions, and process improvements to program leadership
  • Develop requirements, dependencies, and operational needs for channel roles, functions, and capabilities
  • Adapt channel marketing strategies based on performance metrics and analytics
  • Define, implement, and deliver program success metrics and insights; track performance against goals and budget
  • Develop test-and-learn strategies to test opportunities and evaluate marketing strategy value
  • Facilitate intake, assessment, and implementation planning for decisioning, personalization, and customer engagement capabilities
  • Apply systems thinking to identify cross-channel impacts, dependencies, and optimization opportunities
  • Drive stakeholder alignment by evaluating tradeoffs, resolving ambiguities, and communicating recommendations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Five (5) years of experience in marketing, banking or sales
  • Working knowledge of outbound, inbound, and digital marketing tools, technologies, and strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to consume, synthesize, and present key data-driven insights related to outcomes of marketing technology initiatives
  • Ability to develop plans which are data and research driven, founded in strong assumptions, and which have a positive return on investment
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
  • Extensive planning skills: ability to manage multiple initiatives, planning the details while seeing, and working toward the big picture
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
