Key responsibilities & impact

Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and by phone
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other typical teller transactions
Answer customer inquiries about products and services
Fulfill servicing requests, including cards, information changes, PIN resets, check reorders, and basic problem resolution
Develop and maintain customer relationships
Educate customers on consumer products and digital banking solutions
Assist branch and team members with customer problem resolution
Refer customers with complex financial needs to internal experts
Follow bank processes, procedures, laws, and regulations
Manage, identify, and report operational risks
Achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and recommending Regions solutions
Make outbound calls to customers and prospects when needed

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED
Ability to work Saturdays as needed
Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds
Ability to adhere to policies, procedures, and guidelines
Ability to assist customers with digital banking offerings
Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
Ability to oversee large sums of cash
Strong customer focus and relationship-building skills
