About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support account executive activities to maintain and nurture existing client relationships
  • Serve as liaison between client companies, account executives, and operations staff
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports as specified by the manager
  • Organize and maintain the file system
  • Participate in business/trade events impacting the business unit
  • Promote company-endorsed programs and services within the assigned territory
  • Communicate credit approvals and declines to vendors, brokers, and customers
  • Prepare documentation with proper transaction structure and pricing
  • Follow up with vendors and customers regarding pending credit issues, invoicing, and required documents
  • Ensure all credit contingencies are satisfied
  • Obtain missing items needed to close transactions
  • Obtain properly prepared invoices and sales quotes
  • Resolve issues to facilitate funding of lease/loan transactions
  • Communicate daily with assigned sources, brokers, and vendors regarding transaction and lease/loan funding status

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field OR High School Diploma or GED with three (3) years of related experience
  • Ability to manage multiple and consistently evolving priorities
  • Ability to learn additional systems as needed
  • Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
  • Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Developed relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
