About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee application development, modification, and maintenance
Monitor system applications and ensure systems run smoothly
Create reports and documentation outlining findings and solutions
Assist with development and installation of new hardware and software
Install and configure systems and software
Test installed software for malfunction detection
Identify and resolve business systems issues
Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing applications, software, and operating systems
Measure the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems
Develop and implement strategies to improve systems
Monitor and test system performance
Ensure compliance with risk management programs, rules and regulations, and cybersecurity practices
Identify opportunities for and support process improvements
Apply disciplined change management practices
Build and evolve digital experiences and content-driven websites
Partner with others to deliver exceptional digital experiences
Refer complex problems to senior associates or supervisor/manager

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field
Three (3) years of experience
Ability to collaborate with programmers, developers, and other technology professionals
Ability to conduct system analysis to detect issues with performance
Ability to develop and implement technology solutions to resolve technical challenges
Ability to interpret and ensure compliance with applicable rules, regulations, and industry guidance
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Intermediate executional capabilities
Knowledge of software testing techniques, code optimization and software debugging
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Understanding of software structures, hardware, computing systems and how to integrate them
Strong skills in C#/.NET, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience developing content-driven websites
Sitecore experience is a major plus
Experience with an enterprise content management platform is highly desirable
Experience with Next.js is strongly preferred
Experience building scalable APIs with C#/.NET is a plus
Experience deploying applications to Kubernetes-based platforms is a plus
Must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
