About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Research current trends in the topic area, share findings with client partners, and synthesize findings to support learning objectives
- Remain current on industry trends and developments
- Assess and provide feedback regarding associates' acquisition of knowledge and skills after training
- Recommend self-development or training activities to promote skill development
- Design learning items using accurate, current information and adult learning principles
- Assess and meet the professional development level and characteristics of target audiences
- Write learning objectives based on participants' knowledge, experience, and desired outcomes
- Choose instructional methods and materials appropriate to learning objectives
- Develop measurable learning objectives and evaluate audience understanding during and after training
- Deliver training using varied instructional methods and media
- Facilitate experiential learning activities, provide direction and feedback, guide trainees in processing experiences, and resolve issues
- Connect learning points throughout courses by building on prior concepts and incorporating participant feedback
- Use technology and communication strategies to reinforce learning and build skills through preparation, follow-up, coaching, and reinforcement
- Apply curriculum sequencing and organization principles to create coherent, integrated learning experiences
- Interpret internal or external issues and recommend solutions and best practices
- Solve complex problems and identify solutions from a broad perspective
- Work independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations
- May lead functional teams or projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED
- Five (5) years of experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of business operations, processes, systems, products, and regulatory requirements within the supported line of business
- Experience serving as a subject matter expert, delivering training, coaching associates, or supporting business initiatives and process improvements
- Ability to coach and train others
- Ability to engage an audience and proactively identify learning gaps, and incorporate solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong knowledge of curriculum development and content sequencing
- Possesses specialized expertise in Private Wealth Management, Trust Operations, and Fiduciary Support
