About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process new hires and register employees in internal systems
- Manage the signing of employment terms and onboarding documents
- Support the administration of transportation, meal, and healthcare benefits
- Monitor electronic timekeeping records and handle necessary adjustments
- Schedule vacation time with managers, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
- Support the management of compensatory time and time-off arrangements
- Monitor worked or paid notice period processes
- Conduct termination formalizations with the labor union or at the company, when applicable
- Monitor pre-employment, periodic, and termination medical examinations
- Support compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Assist employees and answer questions about payslips, vacation, benefits, and personnel administration procedures
- Serve as a liaison between employees and the external Personnel Department
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree or relevant coursework in Accounting, employment law, and personnel administration procedures
- Previous experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Senior System is preferred but not required
- Basic computer skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
