About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations
Understand customer workflows, pain points, and opportunities for transformation
Serve as a credible peer to partners, associates, and in-house counsel
Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives on discovery, positioning, and solution alignment
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI capabilities to legal use cases
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes
Partner with Customer Success Managers to translate adoption into growth and measurable impact
Provide structured feedback to Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering
Contribute to playbooks, best practices, and scalable customer-engagement assets
Translate complex AI capabilities into actionable insights for legal professionals
Help customers understand how RelativityOne’s claiR and aiR products affect practice areas and workflows
Support internal teams in understanding legal user needs and behaviors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission
7+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team
Litigation experience preferred
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work
Experience in client-facing roles is a plus
Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments
Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR
First-hand knowledge of litigation workflows
