About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate work across three product-focused workstreams, keeping business, product and delivery aligned
- Own and coordinate requirements and specifications
- Lead discovery and project readiness before work moves into delivery
- Manage dependencies across teams and sequence work sensibly
- Track open questions and record decisions
- Identify, manage and escalate project and delivery risks
- Coordinate project management across teams
- Keep Linear issues and the backlog organised and up to date
- Provide regular project-status reporting to teams, leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
- Build and maintain project trackers
- Organise and manage regular stakeholder check-ins and stand-ups
- Work closely with the Technical Lead, Delivery Lead, engineers and technology leadership
- Protect engineering capacity so engineers can focus on building
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years experience as a project manager, or in a similar role, in a software or digital product environment
- Good technical literacy, including discussing system architecture, technical trade-offs and dependencies with engineers
- Experience turning business and product needs into clear requirements and specifications
- Structured approach to managing dependencies, risks, open questions and decisions
- Clear, concise written communication
- Confidence working across business, product and engineering teams
- Comfortable managing several workstreams at once
- Experience using Linear or a similar issue tracking tool such as Jira
- Experience in healthcare, or another regulated or data-sensitive environment, would be a bonus
