About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to field teams
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on laptops
- Configure laptops and equipment used by technical teams
- Assist with activities related to cellular mobile networks and department processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a degree or technical qualification in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or another STEM-related field
- Interest in learning about and working with mobile networks (2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and a team player
- Basic knowledge of laptop maintenance (preferred)
- English proficiency (technical reading and/or conversation) (a plus)
- Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Android) and diagnostic tools (a plus)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (a plus)
- Availability to work 30 hours per week
