About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform laboratory (LAB) testing, network diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Implement changes, expansions, and software upgrades on network equipment
- Prepare technical documents, such as LLD (Low-Level Design) and MOP (Maintenance Operation Procedure)
- Develop scripts to integrate new equipment
- Integrate Huawei equipment into the client’s network
- Collect technical information, including licenses, KPIs, alarms, and databases
- Support proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and network change requests
- Review documents, update ISDP systems, and track installation plans
- Monitor suppliers, approval processes, and installation team activities
- Prepare weekly progress reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical or university degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Networks, or a related field
- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and network equipment
- Experience with integration, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of software upgrades, scripting, and technical documentation
- Familiarity with KPIs, alarms, and network monitoring tools
- Analytical, organized, proactive, and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with Huawei equipment and ISDP systems is preferred
