Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on experience managing LinkedIn for a business or brand
  • Demonstrable experience creating LinkedIn posts, campaigns and content that increases engagement and visibility
  • Experience supporting employee or consultant personal branding on LinkedIn
  • Strong social media content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience using social media to promote vacancies, services or B2B content
  • Good understanding of content planning, scheduling and social media analytics
  • Experience with email marketing, website content and basic SEO
  • Ability to create visually engaging marketing materials and social content
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a varied content calendar
  • Experience within a recruitment agency, staffing business or similar professional services/B2B environment would be highly advantageous
  • Understanding of how recruitment businesses use LinkedIn for candidate attraction, job advertising, personal branding, client engagement and business development would be particularly valuable
