Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
Run discovery sessions, client workshops, and solution design engagements
Produce solution designs, data models, user stories, security designs, and integration designs
Provide technical leadership and support to the delivery team
Manage solution risks, assumptions, dependencies, and scope boundaries
Support testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live stabilisation
Ensure every project delivers measurable value and becomes a referenceable success story
May support pre-sales by partnering with the sales team and Salesforce Account Executives to influence decision-makers and define solution vision
Report to the Delivery Director

What you’ll need

6+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, from Senior Consultant to Architect level
Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud
Strong solution design and documentation capability
Excellent communication, workshop, and demo skills
Consulting experience in a customer-facing role is essential
Preferred Salesforce certifications: Administrator; Platform App Builder; Sales Cloud Consultant; Service Cloud Consultant; Marketing Cloud Next Consultant, or equivalent Marketing Cloud experience
