About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and grow Remote People’s organic social presence, primarily on LinkedIn
- Create video-first content, including short-form videos, employee and customer stories, executive thought leadership, and recurring social concepts
- Help develop a modern, differentiated, and human external brand
- Own field marketing strategy and execute events across priority markets
- Manage event selection, sponsorships, activations, logistics, vendors, and on-site execution
- Partner with AEs and SDRs on pre-, during-, and post-event plans to generate meetings and pipeline
- Turn events into content and campaigns that extend their reach beyond attendees
- Support customer advocacy initiatives, including testimonials, case studies, customer panels, and success stories
- Partner with leaders and employees on personal-brand and thought-leadership content
- Track performance and use insights to improve campaigns, events, and content
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4+ years of relevant experience in field marketing, social media, content, brand, events, or integrated marketing
- Excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for brand, storytelling, video, and social content
- Hands-on content creation and direct execution, not only agency management
- Proven experience planning and delivering events, activations, sponsorships, or field marketing campaigns
- Strong project-management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Commercial mindset and confidence working closely with sales teams
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful, and able to take an idea from concept through execution
- Desirable: Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or another fast-paced technology environment
- Desirable: Experience creating LinkedIn content for a B2B brand or senior executives
- Desirable: Video editing, basic design, or other hands-on creative-production skills
- Desirable: Experience measuring event ROI, campaign performance, and pipeline impact
- Desirable: Experience working in a globally distributed, remote-first company
