About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own overall growth and commercial performance across a portfolio of strategic global accounts
- Manage 3–5 complex multinational accounts
- Build executive relationships with C-suite, SVP and VP stakeholders
- Develop multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, sites and use cases
- Lead and coach senior account owners and technical specialists
- Handle complex pricing, negotiation and deal structuring
- Conduct executive-level account planning, forecasting and portfolio reporting
- Identify expansion opportunities within large, matrixed organizations
- Align cross-functionally across Sales, Delivery, Product and other internal teams
- Manage executive escalations and relationships when required
- Build multi-year growth plans across large global organizations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years in enterprise account management, strategic accounts or senior commercial leadership
- Proven success growing large, complex global enterprise accounts
- Demonstrated ability to independently build relationships at the C-suite and senior executive level
- Strong commercial capability across negotiation, pricing, deal structure and forecasting
- Experience owning significant revenue growth across a strategic account portfolio
- Proven people leadership and coaching experience
- Experience navigating complex, multi-region and multi-stakeholder organizations
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively
- Experience within enterprise technology, SaaS, industrial technology, energy, utilities, mining, oil & gas, infrastructure or other technically complex B2B environments would be particularly relevant
- Strategic account leadership within Fortune 500 or comparable global organizations
- Energy, utilities, mining or industrial-sector experience
- Experience building or scaling a strategic accounts function
- Multi-region account ownership beyond North America
- Experience with enterprise MSAs and long-term expansion roadmaps
- Exposure to IoT, computer vision, robotics, automation or related industrial technologies
