About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Translate business goals and processes into technical specifications and build plans
Ask discovery questions and identify triggers, conditions, data requirements, integrations, dependencies, edge cases, and failure points
Design and build automations in HighLevel and connected platforms
Define data sources, storage, record matching, and deduplication requirements
Build workflows, integrations, scripts, and small services as appropriate
Plan and implement testing, error handling, monitoring, and handoff
Create clear specifications, SOPs, diagrams, documentation, and handoff notes
Recommend simple, reliable solutions and practical workarounds when needed
Work directly with the Director of Operations and Philippines-based delivery team
Build reusable patterns across multiple client accounts
Manage a task queue in Asana and surface blockers proactively
Use AI assistants and agents for bulk updates, audits, reporting, and data processing
Support client sub-accounts across real estate, mortgage, home services, moving companies, and other industries

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of hands-on HighLevel experience at the agency level
Demonstrated ability to translate business processes into technical build plans, not only execute tasks
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Experience documenting integrations and automations clearly for team handoff
Reliable high-speed internet connection and a professional, quiet home workspace
HighLevel / GoHighLevel / LeadConnector: workflows, triggers, pipelines, opportunities, custom fields, custom values, tags, snapshots, sub-account management, user roles, SaaS versus standard sub-account configurations, email builder, templates, Handlebars or custom value logic, forms, surveys, funnels, websites, calendars, and domain connection
Ability to independently read API documentation and build integrations
Knowledge of REST APIs, API keys, OAuth, inbound and outbound webhooks, JSON payloads, pagination, and rate limits
HighLevel / LeadConnector API v2
Experience designing integrations that prevent duplicate records, including external IDs and upserting
Advanced Zapier and Make (Integromat), including multi-step scenarios, webhooks, filters, paths, and error handling
Working proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript (Node.js)
CSV and JSON processing, deduplication, mapping, and enrichment
Experience with Google Sheets / Drive APIs and the Asana API
Credential security, Git version control, and documented code
Understanding of MCP, including configuring MCP servers and connectors
Experience using Claude, ChatGPT, and AI agents for operations work, with verification of AI output
DNS fundamentals: A, CNAME, TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
Mailgun or similar sending services, subdomain strategy, bounces, and suppression lists
Familiarity with GoDaddy and Cloudflare DNS management
