Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare up to 500 compilation reports in accordance with applicable standards and firm-established procedures
Review client-submitted financial statements and format them accurately for compilation purposes
Apply consistent standards across engagements, including presentation, formatting, and disclosures
Identify and flag discrepancies, missing information, or anomalies in source documents
Maintain organized digital records of completed compilations and client correspondence
Communicate with internal team members to resolve open items or clarify client data
Meet daily and weekly throughput targets without sacrificing accuracy or quality
Follow firm SOPs and reporting templates precisely and consistently

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active CPA license in good standing
Demonstrated experience preparing compilation reports under SSARS (nice to have)
Strong command of financial statement presentation and formatting for compilation engagements
Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy across repetitive, high-volume tasks
Comfortable working within a structured, process-driven environment with standardized workflows
Proficiency with accounting software and document management tools
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home office setup
Prior experience in a public accounting firm environment (preferred)
Familiarity with cloud-based accounting platforms (preferred)
Experience managing or contributing to high-volume client engagements (preferred)
Must be available and fully active at 2:00 PM MST each day
