Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in a call centre or phone-based role
  • Clear spoken English with a professional manner
  • Experience using a CRM or dialler system
  • Typing speed and accuracy
  • Able to work 09:00-17:00 UK time (11:00-19:00 SAST)
  • Experience with Five9, Aircall or similar (nice to have)
  • Experience in sales or collections calls (nice to have)
  • Previous work with UK customers (nice to have)
