Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven credit control or collections experience
Confidence handling payment conversations over the phone
Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
Clear written and spoken English
Reliable home internet connection and quiet workspace
Ability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
