About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting a senior manager or executive
  • Excellent written English and discretion
  • Expert-level calendar and email management in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
  • Confidence with Slack, Zoom and Notion or similar
  • Ability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • Experience arranging international travel (nice to have)
  • Familiarity with board or investor reporting (nice to have)
  • Previous work with UK executives (nice to have)
