About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Answer inbound calls, chats and emails from prospects
Qualify customer needs and recommend the right product or service
Quote, close sales and process orders accurately
Log every conversation and follow-up in the CRM
Hit weekly conversion and response-time targets
Work UK hours, 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
Use modern, cloud-based tools while working from home
Support prospects as the first voice they hear when contacting the UK business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in inbound sales, telesales or customer service
Experience with a CRM such as HubSpot or Zoho
Clear, friendly spoken and written English
Comfort working to targets
A reliable laptop and stable fibre connection
Experience selling to UK customers (nice to have)
Familiarity with a VoIP dialler such as Aircall (nice to have)
Experience handling live chat (nice to have)
