About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build email sequences and automated workflows in GoHighLevel from supplied copy
Build and update landing pages and funnels for lives, launches, and nurture campaigns
Turn recordings into finished content, including captions, YouTube uploads, Instagram repurposing, and membership area uploads
Run the organic social calendar across platforms
Handle warm and accurate client-facing and client success communications
Process transcripts and group coaching recordings
Take ownership of the email workflows, funnels, and client-facing content reaching clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience building email sequences and automations in GoHighLevel, or a close equivalent transferable quickly (Keap, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, Kajabi)
Ability to walk through an email sequence or automation build
Experience building or editing landing pages and funnels independently
End-to-end experience across social platforms, including scheduling, captions, YouTube video uploads, and repurposing long-form content into short-form content
Clear, careful client-facing writing
Ability to work from a brief and finish without being chased
