About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate team schedules, meetings and shared calendars
- Liaise with suppliers and service providers and track orders
- Maintain records, trackers and internal documentation
- Prepare agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Monitor deadlines and flag delays early
- Support onboarding logistics for new starters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in an office coordination, administration or team support role
- Confident with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Experience managing calendars and coordinating across several people
- Strong written and spoken English, well organised under pressure
- A reliable fibre connection, a working laptop and a quiet place to work
- Experience with a project or task tool such as Asana, Trello or Monday (nice to have)
- Experience supporting a remote or distributed team (nice to have)
- Basic experience with expenses or purchase orders (nice to have)
