About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
- Create simple graphics and short videos
- Respond to comments and messages in the brand voice
- Track engagement and report weekly on results
- Research trends and content ideas
- Own the daily social media calendar for a UK brand
- Work UK hours from 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Experience with Canva and a scheduler such as Metricool or Buffer
- Strong written English and an eye for good content
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Reliability with deadlines
- Experience editing short video with CapCut (nice to have)
- Familiarity with paid social basics (nice to have)
- Experience writing captions for a UK audience (nice to have)
