About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, including custom themes, plugins, templates, and functionalities
Handle frontend and backend development using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and MySQL
Develop and maintain integrations between WordPress and CRMs, marketing automation tools, APIs, and other business systems
Improve website speed, performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security
Build custom plugins, API integrations, and dynamic website features
Manage code through Git, staging and production environments, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable deployments
Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, marketers, and strategists to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in full-stack development
Advanced WordPress development experience, including custom themes, plugins, ACF, custom post types, and taxonomies
Strong PHP, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, and MySQL knowledge
Experience with REST APIs, third-party integrations, and marketing technologies
Experience integrating WordPress with CRMs and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Experience in Website optimization, SEO, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and security
