Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in project coordination, account management, or operations within a marketing or creative agency setting
Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a proactive approach to solving problems before clients notice them
Ability to effectively leverage AI, no-code frameworks, and prompt logic to optimize everyday operations
Hands-on experience with project management and workspace tools like Notion, Asana, Airtable, or similar platforms
Fluent, clear, and professional written/spoken English for daily collaboration with US teams and clients
Active Reddit user with a deep understanding of Reddit culture and platform dynamics
Ability to work remote US Eastern hours with at least 6 hours of overlap
