About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects
Serve as the primary client contact and build long-term relationships
Guide clients on Salesforce best practices and provide proactive solutions
Develop and execute project plans, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
Review statements of work and manage project scope, budget, timelines, and out-of-scope requests
Gather business requirements and user stories from clients
Translate technical requirements for Salesforce Administrators
Set up new users, adjust page layouts, and build basic reports and dashboards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dedicated project management role, with a focus on Salesforce implementations
Proven expertise in leading complex, multi-phase Salesforce implementations in a fast-paced, client-centric environment
Experience implementing solutions for Sales/Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
Exceptional organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills with keen attention to detail
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining high client satisfaction
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
Ability to work autonomously and solve problems with minimal supervision
Proactive desire to collaborate with internal team members
