About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own a portfolio of EOR partners across multiple regions
  • Serve as the main point of contact and build partner relationships
  • Run regular performance reviews, including QBRs
  • Define, track, and report partner KPIs and SLA adherence
  • Identify underperformance and drive improvement plans
  • Recommend partner replacement when needed with Vendor Sourcing
  • Manage partner escalations from logging through root-cause analysis to resolution
  • Maintain partner contracts, pricing terms, and SLAs
  • Support renewals and pricing renegotiations using benchmarks and performance data
  • Create partnership-management playbooks, trackers, and reporting
  • Establish handoffs from Vendor Sourcing for newly onboarded partners
  • Contribute to country guides, partner FAQs, and process documentation
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Employee Experience, Customer Success, and Vendor Sourcing
  • Report to the Global Payroll Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–6 years in vendor or partner management, account management, or operations, ideally within EOR, global payroll, or HR services
  • Solid understanding of EOR models and in-country partners
  • Track record of managing external partners against SLAs and driving measurable performance improvement
  • Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
  • Experience with project management tools
  • Highly organised and able to manage many partners and countries simultaneously in a remote setup
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Ability to hold partners accountable while maintaining relationships
  • Startup or high-growth experience, especially in the EOR space (nice to have)
  • Experience leading or building a small team (nice to have)
