About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own day-to-day administration and quality of commercial data in Zoho CRM, including accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, and account ownership
- Establish and maintain standards for required fields, opportunity stages, deal updates, account hierarchy, and pipeline hygiene
- Identify stale, incomplete, or inconsistent records and coordinate resolution
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and client-facing teams to ensure accurate commercial data across handoffs and reporting
- Coordinate commercial forecasting by collecting inputs, maintaining underlying data, consolidating results, and reporting changes against prior forecasts and actual performance
- Provide field-sales pipeline and forecast reporting to the SVP of Sales and consolidated commercial forecast information to the Chief Growth Officer
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports on pipeline health, sales production, conversion, account activity, and commercial performance
- Analyze results by territory, seller, channel, partner, and product to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Support commercial planning and budgeting with accurate data, clear assumptions, and timely reporting
- Document, administer, and improve sales processes, including lead assignment, opportunity management, proposal and RFP coordination, and sales-to-implementation handoffs
- Partner with the SVP of Sales on sales initiatives, pipeline reviews, and team workflows
- Maintain approved territory, account, lead, and quota assignment records
- Provide analysis for leadership decisions about coverage and resource allocation
- Work with Marketing to track lead sources, campaign results, and qualified-lead conversion
- Coordinate with Finance and HR on sales incentive data, calculations, reporting, and approved plan changes
- Partner with IT and stakeholders to improve sales technology and implement approved changes
- Ensure commercial policies and procedures are documented, accessible, and current
- Report to the Chief Growth Officer and work closely with the SVP of Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent experience
- At least five years’ experience successfully completing and owning sales operations tasks and responsibilities
- At least three years’ direct experience working within a CRM to create reporting, analyze trends, and design/implement process change
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and other Microsoft applications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate findings clearly to sales leaders and stakeholders
- Experience working across departments to improve processes and resolve data issues
- Strong working knowledge of self-funded health plans strongly preferred
- Zoho CRM experience or certifications strongly preferred
- Reliable power and secured internet that runs at 11 mbps or more
- A designated, private area to conduct work with minimal interruptions is required
- Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and navigate change
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment
- Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year, including overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs
- Ability to attend and professionally engage in video meetings with employees and clients
- Ability to overcome obstacles with a ‘yes if...’ approach
- Ability to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture
- Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Must successfully pass a background and reference check prior to starting
