About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Steer an AI dispatch agent to schedule work, analyze tasks and routes, and perform data deep-dives
Route field technicians based on guest complaints, work approval status, availability, and skillset match
Keep maintenance tasks moving until they are closed and accounted for
Coordinate maintenance issues affecting same-day housekeeping turnovers
Respond to guest complaints by dispatching technicians in real time
Confirm technician attendance the night before, the morning of, and one hour before scheduled work
Call vendors to schedule work, clarify scope, and follow up on jobs
Confirm completed work and outstanding items with vendors
Close every task the same day with materials, labor, costs, and summaries logged according to SOP
Submit vendor invoices during the same week the work occurs
Verify that departments are paid for completed work and owners are not overcharged
Hold technicians accountable for routes and tasks
Adapt dispatch priorities as conditions change
Identify recurring operational problems and improve the dispatch system and AI agent

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to overlap workday by at least 4 hours with Denver, CO, USA
Must respond to every Slack message within 5 minutes
Strong follow-through and ability to work under pressure
Ability to triage, reschedule, and manage shifting priorities in real time
Comfort with numbers, materials, labor, costs, and vendor invoices
Sharp situational awareness across technicians, vendors, and properties
Critical thinking and judgment to identify recurring problems and improve systems
Ability to use and steer an AI dispatch agent
