About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, structure, and update training content and materials for commercial teams
- Create and organize learning paths based on different levels of knowledge and business needs
- Conduct training needs analyses with business areas, identifying knowledge and competency gaps
- Apply principles of Andragogy and instructional methodologies when designing learning solutions
- Develop content using different formats and resources to promote more dynamic and effective learning experiences
- Manage and publish content on LMS platforms
- Monitor training, participation, completion, and program effectiveness metrics
- Support the implementation of training and development programs for commercial teams
- Partner with leaders and internal teams to understand challenges and translate needs into training solutions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, tools, and processes for Commercial Training & Development
- Deliver in-person and/or virtual training sessions, as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree completed
- Experience in Training & Development, preferably supporting commercial teams
- Experience developing and structuring training content
- Knowledge of Andragogy and teaching and learning methodologies
- Experience with LMS platforms and related training management tools
- Experience working in fast-paced industrial companies and/or highly dynamic commercial environments
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days onsite and 2 days working from home)
