About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage operational aspects of third-party contracts in line with contractual obligations, commercial good practice, financial controls, and legal standards
- Generate evidence-based information demonstrating supplier performance against contractual service levels and KPIs
- Maintain and operate supplier governance cadence
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide advice, support, and guidance on third-party service provision to internal stakeholders
- Commercially mitigate delivery risks and ensure engagements are robust, well-defined, and enable ongoing high-quality service delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance, reporting, and operational effectiveness
- Provide governance and oversight for major supplier relationships covering change, build, and run IT services
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5 years experience managing high-value suppliers or third-party delivery partners within technology or digital environments
- Strong understanding of supplier governance, commercial management, and contractual oversight
- Experience monitoring supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Relevant degree in Business, Technology, Procurement, or a related discipline desirable
- Commercial, supplier management, or procurement certifications such as CIPS beneficial
- ITIL, Agile, or delivery-related qualifications advantageous
