About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide expert guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Assist in employee relations matters, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work atmosphere
  • Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and ensure compliance in HR activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-2 years in HR Coordinator or Advisory roles
  • Ability to work autonomously and remain resilient under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Moderate knowledge and skills in Employee Relations
  • Ability to coach and enable leaders with exceptional communication skills
  • Understanding of the New Zealand legal environment
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Must be able to pass background checks
