About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support managers across the business and advise them on employee relations issues
- Review absence management and report on it
- Analyse HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure new legislation, policies, and procedures are communicated appropriately
- Attend employee relations meetings and take notes
- Participate in meetings to highlight and address process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous HR experience
- CIPD Level 3 or above
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
