About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support managers across the business
Advise managers on employee relations issues
Review absence management and report on it
Analyse HR data, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Ensure new legislation, policies, and procedures are communicated appropriately
Attend employee relations meetings and take notes
Participate in meetings to highlight and address process improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous HR experience
CIPD Level 3 or above
Full UK Driving Licence
Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Strong attention to detail
May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for
