About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support maintenance of the global Learning Management System, including system configuration, user data, training content, assignments, reporting, and user access levels
- Serve as a main point of contact for countries seeking digital learning and ad hoc L&D support
- Advise managers across the organisation on best-practice LMS structures
- Collaborate on the creation of learning pathways
- Support the Group End To End Talent Team in delivering the L&D strategy through technology
- Work with stakeholders to produce monthly and annual training reports
- Resolve tickets within service-level agreements and aim to resolve tickets on the first attempt
- Manage stakeholder communication and keep the L&D community informed about system information and functionality
- Complete regular processes accurately and on time
- Maintain accurate user data to enable reporting and insight
- Configure systems according to Group or local team requirements while ensuring governance and regulatory compliance, including SOx and GDPR
Requirements
What you’ll need- Learning and development experience highly desirable
- LMS Administration & Coordination highly desirable, especially within Cornerstone
- Experience of prioritisation and managing multiple stakeholders
- Working in fast-paced environment
- Global experience managing and interacting with multiple cultures highly desirable
- Demonstrable customer service excellence
