About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze field data using systems such as Service + to rebalance resources and maximize ROI
Trial modern service delivery models
Build user-friendly operational reporting for frontline managers
Lead the operational digital agenda and field technology deployment
Migrate operational training systems to U+
Maintain Registered Training Organisation (RTO) credentials
Maximize the My Rentokil platform as a competitive advantage
Partner with Operations and Local Service Managers on demand and recruitment planning
Analyze retention data and drive leadership capability programs
Resolve capacity versus demand challenges across branches
Drive sustainability through smarter fleet usage and green supply chain choices
Partner with procurement, 3PL suppliers, and global stakeholders to reduce cost of goods
Maintain compliance with WHS/OHS laws, SWMS, and governance requirements
Achieve on-time service delivery and quality-of-service audit targets
Establish unified ways of working across Trans-Tasman branch networks
Launch new product innovations to market
Report directly to the Operations Director - Australia

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of senior operational leadership experience
Direct P&L accountability
Experience managing large, distributed, or remote field-based teams
Ability to identify industry trends and simplify complex operational issues
Ability to make commercial decisions yielding tangible business returns
Experience developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Experience trialing operational amendments and leading large-scale procedural and cultural change
Experience managing digital platform rollouts
Experience leveraging customer-facing technology
Experience maintaining regulatory frameworks such as RTO compliance
Exceptional relationship-building and coaching skills
Business Degree/Diploma or equivalent practical experience
National leadership experience highly preferred
