About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Visit new and existing commercial and domestic customers
Provide bird and rodent-proofing solutions, including bird netting, bird points, and rodent-proofing systems
Clear bird fouling and rodent droppings when required
Install pest control hardware, including external bait stations
Utilize the Flexi Armour system to prevent pest ingress
Support routine inspections and assist local technicians
Manage job safety, risk assessments, method statements, and safe working practices, especially at heights or in confined spaces
As a lead technician, oversee job progression from start to finish
Order materials and access equipment
Manage day-to-day operations independently when required
Provide customer service, identify pest problems, and explore new-business opportunities
Cover the Coventry branch territory from Rugby to Hereford

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs
May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role
