About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct, monitor, and motivate service professionals to provide quality customer service
  • Provide continuous, up-to-date in-field training and coaching
  • Inspect pest management work for compliance with company standards
  • Conduct random quality audits of accounts in accordance with branch goals
  • Service pest routes when necessary
  • Spend at least 90% of the time in the field with service professionals
  • Perform required lifting, climbing, balancing, crouching, pushing, pulling, reaching, sensory, communication, vehicle-operation, and hand-tool activities
  • Work indoors and outdoors in potentially hazardous conditions, including chemical exposure, extreme temperatures, animals, insects, confined spaces, and PPE requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1–2 years of industry experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedural manuals
  • Basic communication skills
  • Ability to write routine reports
  • Effective coaching, teaching, and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of service protocols and application requirements for commercial pest and rodent management
  • Ability to operate a commercial company-assigned vehicle in accordance with state laws and company safety standards
  • Ability to meet the stated physical, visual, environmental, and PPE-related working conditions
  • 2-year degree preferred but not required
  • 3+ years of industry experience preferred
  • Advanced verbal communication skills preferred
