About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Train, lead, and develop a team of specialists
- Achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty, and retention
- Ensure exceptional service to clients
- Manage daily operations of specialists
- Provide direction to staff on operations, service, and client care
- Manage basic financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control
- Travel daily throughout the territory to visit clients and assist specialists
- Partner closely with the sales team on business development
- Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for operational efficiency
- Manage field routing
- Conduct client quality-control audits
- Manage accounts
- Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- 3–5 years in a management role with emphasis in customer service
- Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations
- Valid driver’s license from state of residence
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed
- Ability to safely operate a vehicle on public streets
- Ability to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-violent and non-disruptive manner
- Ability to work with regulated chemicals and access company and customer records, including personally identifiable and financial information
