About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage daily operations of specialists to provide superior customer service
  • Direct staff in operations, service, and client care
  • Manage basic operational financial performance, including revenue growth and expense control
  • Travel daily throughout the territory to visit clients, assist specialists, and partner with sales on business development
  • Train, lead, and develop a team of specialists
  • Help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty, and retention
  • Monitor and adjust scheduled appointments for efficiency
  • Manage field routing, client quality-control audits, and accounts
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3–5 years in a supervisory role with emphasis in customer service
  • Success in training, mentoring, and coaching service professionals
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a route-oriented, service environment is a plus
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations
  • Must pass pre-employment background screen
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must pass motor vehicle record search
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and weekends when needed
