About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as subject matter expert in pest control strategies for specified market segments and lines of business
- Develop and support implementation of service delivery protocols and processes
- Monitor service performance against KPIs and problem-solve with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales
- Perform site assessments to identify root causes of pest infestations
- Develop and assist with deployment of corrective action plans
- Collaborate with Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to resolve actions and recommendations
- Coach and develop Branch leaders in pest management competency and technician and sales colleague development
- Develop SMART goals and monitor execution of action plans
- Improve technical protocols and service delivery processes
- Identify and recommend people, process, and technology improvement projects
- Provide input on technical standards and standard operating procedures
- Advise and support sales teams in business acquisition and customer experience improvement
- Participate in trade associations, conferences, and symposiums
- Develop publications and presentations for sales and marketing initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum 5 yrs. of related structural pest management experience required
- 2 years+ of structural pest management field experience
- 1 years+ management experience required
- Four year college biological science degree in entomology or related sciences preferred, but not required
- Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or ACE preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Strong change management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills, including delivery of formal presentations
- Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot problems in a diverse and challenging environment
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- Willingness to travel within the US 50–75% of the time or workweek hours
- Ability to meet the stated physical demands and working conditions
