About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship web funnels end to end, including landing pages, onboarding quizzes, paywalls, checkout, and upsell flows
Ship A/B tests quickly by building variants, launching them, reading results, and iterating
Wire up analytics and attribution, including events, pixels, and server-side tracking
Integrate payments and subscriptions with billing providers, including offers and coupons
Keep funnels fast, mobile-first, and reliable across browsers and countries
Suggest new experiments based on funnel performance and conversion data
Work with the growth lead, web engineer, and growth team to test hypotheses
Turn funnel ideas into production pages within days

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–5 years of professional frontend engineering experience
Strong commercial frontend experience with React and Next.js, with production work to show for it
Experience building conversion funnels, landing pages, or checkout flows for a consumer subscription product
Ability to discuss what moved conversion
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals
Responsive, mobile-first, pixel-tight development skills
Experience with A/B testing and analytics
Experience with Amplitude or GA4
Experience with Meta and Google pixels and conversion APIs
Ability to ship quickly without sacrificing quality
Serious use of AI development tools such as Codex, Claude, and Cursor
Ability to shape what to test and build it independently
Fluent English
Able to work CET hours
Bonus: Payments and subscriptions experience with Stripe, Chargebee, PayPal, or similar
Bonus: Web-to-app funnel experience, including deep links and handing a buyer over to the app
Bonus: Hands-on backend experience with Node.js, APIs, or edge functions
Bonus: Experience with funnel builders and knowing when a custom build is preferable
