Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years designing mobile & web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments
Portfolio showing impeccable taste, product thinking, and craft, with a track record of creating sleek, beautiful, and intuitive apps
Proactive, hands-on approach and willingness to ship real products
Strong user focus and attention to detail
Curious and collaborative mindset
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with sleek, polished consumer apps
Bonus: experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products
Bonus: experience with UX research, including planning, conducting, and integrating insights into design decisions
Bonus: prompt engineering experience
Bonus: experience building or scaling a design system from scratch
